Lavasago provides delivery services for branded food, sweets, and soon medicines & essentials, from Pune to Lavasa. Availability of items depends on partner restaurants, outlets, and stock.
Orders must be placed through our website only. Payments can be made online via secure gateways. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except in special cases approved by Lavasago.
We strive to deliver orders within the committed time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Any errors in the address are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed only if: • The order is not delivered. • The wrong items are delivered. • The item is damaged or unfit for consumption. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of approval. Partial refunds may apply for incomplete orders.
Customers must provide accurate information (name, phone, address). Misuse of the platform, fake orders, or abusive behavior will lead to account suspension.
Prices are subject to change based on partner restaurants and delivery conditions. Additional delivery fees may apply based on location or bulk orders.
Lavasago acts as a delivery partner between customers and restaurants/outlets. We are not liable for the quality of food/items provided by third-party outlets but will support in resolving disputes.
